CBD Smoothie Illness Suspected - The Lifeway Kefir Shop, Chicago Illinois

Went there with a friend for smoothies. Mine had CBD, BLACKBERRIES, AND COLLAGEN added to the immunity smoothie, hers was strictly only immunity smoothie, nothing added. This was around 3pm 2/01/2020 a young woman made our smoothies and I have some reason to believe I was purposely poisoned - I took a sip inside the shop to taste it quick before leaving and was immediately yelled at for their strict mask policy. After leaving I noticed the woman who made our smoothies took her mask off. I suppose the mask policy does not apply to them if customers are not in the store. I had symptoms that started 5 hours after consuming the smoothie and had grilled chicken and green beans for dinner that I cooked at home with my friend. My friend did not get sick, I did. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
