Food Safety Report - The Melting Pot, Fredericksburg Virginia

Last night, Saturday 08/28/2021, my family of 5 ate at here.
First, the teenage young lady with us felt her stomach wasn’t feeling well during main course and stopped eating to leave room for dessert thinking she was just maybe full.
Next, I (36 ur old female) began feeling hot and clammy off and on and a bit nauseated and went to the bathroom - vomiting/diarrhea as of that point.
Upon returning from restroom, my teenage son was feeling the same as I had and now didn’t want to eat anymore either.
The food didn’t seem “bad” but NOTHING was actually what we would consider a good meal.
While leaving, my teenage son, his teenage girlfriend and my self all felt almost lethargic and nauseated. I barely made it out of the parking lot before my stomach had terrible pain coming and going and I felt like I may seriously not be able to make it to the bathroom. I thankfully did while breathing through pain and hot/cold spells until I made it to a restroom. I remained on a toilet with diarrhea for over a 1/2 hour. Then back in again 4 times until for over 1/2-1hour everytime for the evening. Waking this morning with 2 more instances accompanied with nauseousness every time. My son, went to bed feeling clammy and hot (inside his body), though none of us ran a fever, along with a gurgling stomach.
This morning, he woke with diarrhea and stayed nauseated until he finished emptying his belly completely. His girlfriend did not have pain but felt nauseated into this morning as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
