Ate the chicken and kale salad at American Cafe on Friday May 18 at 12:15pm. Vomited violently within an hour. Vomited all afternoon. I am never sick and usually can eat anything. The salad was prepackaged and probably assembled elsewhere. I hope others are not visiting the MET and getting sick. Missed my Broadway play that evening and remained weak for my return home the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
