Yesterday I ate at a restaurant bar called Neon Lunch Box. I ate a chicken caesar wrap and my husband had perogies. We are both extremely ill. I was sent home from work for extreme fatigue and for looking very ill. We did not enjoy our meal so we didn't take any home. I remember not liking the caesar dressing but I'm not sure if it was spoiled. I am nauseous, dizzy, stomach wrenching, shaking, sweating, & feel very weak, I can't keep water down. | Symptoms: Fatigue, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Dizziness, Shaking, Sweating, Weakness
