Went there with my mother, father and son. Father and I both had ranch side salads and a little over 24 hours later both experienced severe vomiting, diaherra, fever and chills. We do not live together and just met for lunch, it had to be the side salads we both consumed | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

there must be something wrong with lettuce around here. had chipotle in happy valley a few days ago and was sick immediately and threw up so much my capillaries popped all over my face. I had a burrito bowl with extra lettuce.

Did you go to the mall chipotle? I ended up at the ER after eating my chipotle from severe food poisoning on Wednesday would really like to hear if this is where you went too! Thanks
