Ordered a salad with house dressing, Italian sausage spaghetti, bread and butter, and spimoni ice cream. Had my leftovers later that evening and woke up several hours later with violent vomiting and diarrhea, fever and chills. Getting up every 15 minutes to an hour all night long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
