- comments: observed approximately 30 small rodent droppings in the following places during the time of inspection. . . On the floor in the baby room, storage is scattered behind the door; inside the boiler room, where beds are stored scattered on the floor and top of totes; and on the floor in the office space near cabinets and corners throughout. Recommended to contact pest control for service on-premise. Must eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.
