Coney Dogs Cause Illness - The Red Brick Tap & Grill, Columbus Ohio

I ordered and consumed coney dogs, tater tots and beer cheese on Thursday, August 9th between 7:30 and 8:30 PM. By 5 AM on Friday, I was awakened with stomach pains and nausea. By 7 AM, I violently vomited for the first time which included all of the food I had eaten at the Red Brick, completely undigested. I continued to experience vomiting until around 11:30 AM when I was so depleted that I fainted and fell, cutting open the side of my head and severely bruising several parts of my body. Diarrhea continued until Saturday at which time I was able to keep down small amounts of fluids and saltine crackers. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Nausea
