The only thing I had different from my husband (who is not violently ill) was the filet mignon with asparagus and fingerling potatoes. Unless it was from my drink. First time with food poisoning. Extreme fatigue, dehydration, severe abdominal cramping and violent, bloody vomiting and diaherra. Currently trying to research how to report this on a bigger scale. Was wreching so badly I felt as though I was going to have heart failure. My chest was tight and my stomach felt so bloated I thought I could pop. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Bloating, Fatigue
