Having to stay in a family homeless shelter in Chicago Illinois My husband and I had eaten a few meals there and gotten serverly ill within a few hours after eating there. We were both vomiting and using the toilet a ton for a week. The facility was horrible unsanitary, infested with cockroaches and bed bugs the cooks looked as if they didn't bathe or wash their hands. They had kids cleaning the cafeteria and some adults as well didn't clean properly it was absolutely disgusting. It happened on August 2019, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
