Suspected food poisoning symptoms: Bloody Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Weakness & body aches Suspected source: Pizza Onset: 1h after eating We ordered a Large STEAK OUT ROYAL (House Special) with no olives and a Caesar side salad through Skip the Dishes. I got diarrhea with an upset stomach. My partner had more pizza than I so the symptoms are much more serious everything listed above.07/05 update: There was an 'earthy' bite in the pizza by the one most affected. Some research on earthy tasting food indicates its moldy just to put to rest what we believe it might've been. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Bloody Stool

Hi, thank you very much for your comment. TIP: It is common to get food poisoning from Pizza. Frozen pizza has been linked to E. coli and restaurant pizza contains high-risk ingredients that can cause food poisoning if mishandled. The main culprit is often raw eggs in undercooked dough, but toppings like meat and cheese can contain Listeria. BUT, also Caesar salad could cause food poisoning. The romaine lettuce in the salad is one of the most common causes of food poisoning and has had multiple recalls in the past few years for contamination. Also, traditional scratch-made caesar dressing uses raw eggs that can contain salmonella.
