Purchased 01/13/17 from the store gas station. Consumed morning of the 14th. Started feeling signs about 4pm that night. It was the only processed food for 48 hour prior. Once I felt stomach pains I ate some plain toast. About 10 pm in the evening of the 14th I expressed everything . Had the chills and continue to have head aches 48 hours later. Once expressed symptoms began to stabilize. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills
