Ordered room service and had a pizza and a beer around 7pm. I started feeling nauseous around midnight and diarrhea stared right after. The I vomited heavily around 4am. The whole time I have the taste of skunky beer in mt motuh so i think it was that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
