High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 3 live roaches on back of reach in freezer in back prep area. Observed 3 live roaches on wall to the left of walk in cooler. Manager eradicated all 6 and called pest control to come out **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-13: Observed 1 live roach on shelving joint on back wall. Manager eradicated and sanitized area
