- comments: observed right hand washing sink slowly draining in boys annex washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in annex women and girls washrooms and second floor girls washroom in main building. Instructed manager to provide.
