My son and his 6 months pregnant wife ate at THE WATER BAR in San Francisco CA January 4, 2019...Both got violently ill about 3 am the morning of Jan 5, 2019...My daughter in law had a 103 fever and prolific vomiting and diarrhea She was taken to the hospital with 103 temp about 12:30 pm January 5, 2019..DR told them that it was NOT FLU! She was given fluids and released about 6 pm January 5..she continued to run a fever until about 4am January 6 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
