- comments: approximately 150 mouse droppings were observed scattered throughout the facility in the following areas: main office shelving and floor, all classrooms(corners, cabinets, shelving), and kitchen prep area under mini freezer and equipment. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings and sanitize all area, as well as inform pest control of need for additional service. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed 1inch gap under exterior door off play area connected to food prep area. Observed side of door is not a tight fitting. Instructed person in charge to repair door to be tight fitting for the prevention of pest activity.
