- comments: observed continued non-compliance from report #2612813 dated:2/26/25 approximately 150 mouse droppings were observed scattered throughout the facility in the following areas: main office shelving and floor, all classrooms (corners, cabinets, shelving), and kitchen prep area under mini freezer and equipment. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings and sanitize all area, as well as inform pest control of need for additional service. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). No citation issued.
