Approx. 5pm, April 5/2022. A six-dollar turkey and cranberry bun from the deli. The bun was suspiciously dry and hard, and since I am a disabled senior, who find shopping extremely physically-challenging, returning to said store for a possible replacement for supper was not an option. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with food safety there. Two hours following consuming said turkey bun I experienced the beginnings of chronic abdominal distress. This was followed by a sleepless night puncuated with severe projectile diarrhea - lasting until late-afternoon on April 6. I am, however, still suffering from awful boats of stomach ache with a complete loss of appetite and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain
