Today 100% sure I only ate tim today. Bagel blt sausage, 2 donuts, and 1 medium iced coffee. 4 hours after eating, severe cramps, nausea, fever, diarrhea. I haven't been well for 9 hours now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
