10am, within two hours of consuming, onset was wave of chills, nausea, and hard painful cramping, followed by bouts of diarrhea all afternoon and into evening. Still slight nausea the following morning and restless sleep. Had to work both yesterday and today. I was suspect when the cheese wasn't melted and the sandwich was cold...wont make that mistake again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Cramps
