Additional information: Only Ordered chilli. I guess I kind of jumped to conclusions, It sounds kind of weird to say but the smell and gas that I had kind of smelt like the chilli.. but I had actually stopped at McDonald’s just before getting chilli and ordered 2 McDoubles… and a hour before I had ordered a coffee from Starbucks with oatmilk. I am still sick with abdominal cramping/ weak feeling and a headache.. will continue hydrating.. I do have the packaging and leftovers from both Tim hortans and McDonald’s | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Gas
