Had a toasted coconut donut and a Boston cream in the morning of Nov 28, 2025. By 2pm in the afternoon I was feeling nauseous and weak. By 6pm I was having diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea and vomiting all day Nov 29, 2025 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
