Recurring Illness After Tims - Tim Hortons, Dearborn Michigan

Two days ago I ate a coffee and breakfast sandwich from tim hortons. The week before I ate same thing from a different location. They same issues have been occurring everytime I eat at tim hortons for two weeks now. It's the only constant food I ate every day. And within 30 min to hour I was sick with diarrhea nausea headache. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
