I ordered a meat lovers pizza on Friday night, June 18, and had two slices, no one else in my family ate it. I ate it around 5-6pm and my stomach started to feel upset around 9pm, then around 10pm I had severe vomiting and stomach pain that lasted until 5am the next morning. I had no other symptoms and everyone else at the other pizza we ordered and also had no symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
