Pastrami Sandwich Causes Illness - TOGO'S Sandwiches, Dublin California

I hadn't eaten anything since 7:30-8pm on the day prior. Around 11:30 am I'm waiting for my pet at Sage and go to Togo's because I hadn't eaten anything that morning. After ordering a pastrami sandwich and eating half, I wrapped up the rest and went back to Sage. My stomach began to rumble and I started feeling little cramps. I drove home to Livermore and barely made it through my front door and into the bathroom. As soon as I sat down I had explosive diarrhea and was sweating so bad I had to take my clothes off and put a wet towel on my head. Then I started sweating profusely even with a wet towel on my head, the AC was blowing and I was naked. I sat on my toilet for roughly 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. My rear was burning and I had the bidet shooting cold water on it. The cramps I had were more like contractions. They were so painful I cried out each time one came and went. Then I started vomiting as I was sitting on the toilet and I've only ever done that once in my life and that was when I ate some bad shrimp and got food poisoning.
