It was after a lunch out at this place Extreme diarrhea after eating, then general tummy upset feeling with frequent bowel movements( not diarrhea).. almost two months. Last week, stool sample test came out positive for SHIGA, an E. coli toxin. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
