I had a chicken Caesar salad and I ate romaine lettuce but I don’t know where it came from I told my boyfriend to ask them he saying they not gone know that E. coli is severe and it’s in California Arizona New Jersey and newyork Florida etc I need to know where they lettuce from in Philadelphia I woke up very dehydrated and already been cramping before I ate it | Symptoms: Other, Cramps
