Rum Punch Causes Illness - Tourist Boat to Buck Island, St. Croix

In my group just me so far but still sick at the moment and debating whether or not to go to hospital
Went on a half day trip had rum punch on the way back ( tasted like a lot of grapefruit juice in it)... About 45 minutes later severe vomiting and stomach pain and cramps | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
