ER Visit After Sushi - Toyama Express Japanase Resta,

My co-worker and I had lunch at the Toyama Japanese Restaurant on Friday, February 1, 2013. The next day I woke up 8:30 AM on Saturday Friday 2, 2013 the next morning I felt very sick I was nausea and had a bad head ache. I went into the bathroom and started vomiting today all over the place non stop. I continue vomiting until later on Saturday and I was scared to eat anything else of fear of it coming up. My co-worker went to the ER room with a fever and Diarrhea they kept him over night. We discussed our situations today Monday February 4, 2013 and realized that food poisuoning is very tramatic . | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea
