I bought Trader Joe’s fresh meatballs earlier in the week. Made 3 for dinner on Friday night and had very bad diarrhea and vomiting the next day with extreme fatigue and stomach tightness. Still experiencing mild symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
