Started yesterday afternoon. Not sure if it is food poisoning or flu. But no vomiting. Just have diarrhea and stomach cramps and I did have a fever. Possibly their frozen chicken tikka masala. I had that for lunch yesterday and the fever kicked in around 5:00 pm No. Thank you for your help | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
