Pizza Causes Severe Illness - Trader Joe's, Vancouver Washington

Ate 1.5 portions of the pizza after cooking according to directions. Severe headache and nausea started 30min later, had some Gatorade and water to help the headache along with tylenol.. (It did nothing) Roughly 2 hours later, projectile vomiting and diareeah started. After my stomach was completely empty that night the headache got a little better, I tried to keep down very small sips of water, and I could sleep, Today, still queasy, but able to tolerate easy foods l, water and Gatorade. Threw out remaining pizza. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
