Arugula from there I alone ate an arugula salad with not much else to eat prior to that. The symptoms started less than an hour later, which were just stomach cramps and gas. Then a couple hours later began a 8 hour period of intense diarrhea and nausea. This resulted in me having to seek medical attention and be put on fluids. The symptoms are still present 12+ hours later, but aren’t as severe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Gas
