I ordered the cherry dragon smoothie around 8:30pm at the tropical smoothie on Saint Rose boulevard near Starr avenue in Henderson Nevada 89052. Within 2 hours of consuming the drink I started having severe stomach cramps and another hour or two later suffered diarrhea that lasted more than 24 hours and headache and chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
