March 16th, 2022 I was 100% fine before I walked into this establishment.
My smoothie tasted like cleaning product, I drank a quarter of the lean machine smoothie. I felt so sick from drinking that small amount, I have been vomiting/ and having to use the bathroom. Along with chills and nausea These symptoms occurred within 1 hour after drinking smoothie. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
