I ordered a Island Green smoothie with whey protein and the buffalo chicken wrap, I ate half of the wrap and about 1/4 the smoothie, It’s been a rough night of not sleeping and running to the toilet, but everything tasted fine I wasn’t expecting to get sickAbout 30 mins after I ate I started getting painful gas build up but that happens to me sometimes, it was about 6 hrs later when I started getting nauseated and diarrhea came as well, I’ve been up all night because I can’t leave the toilet | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
