I have been calling around Orlando trying to see what I need to do in order to report this to anyone besides tropical smoothie went on October 11th 2024 purchased an Island Green. After my fast I had no foods in between. Within 35 minutes of consuming it I was bent over with the cramps, chills, headaches, stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, ended up dehydrated going to the ER. They ran every possible test. Told me that they were positive that I had food poisoning. I contacted the store. They waited 2 weeks after dodging me every single day they had their insurance company to contact me. Liberty mutual they had me to wait a week. They contact me back and said there is nothing they can do because I have to prove that there is a certain bacteria in my body in order for it to be food poisoning. I called the ER. I was told Liberty mutual is not a biochemist lab. They cannot tell you that you did not have food poisoning when we ran the test to show that you had food poisoning. They are making it up now I'm waiting for my appointment in January of 2025 because they now have to put a camera down my throat for whatever was in that smoothie has now caused other problems | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
