2 Truffle Porcini Pastas, I’ve had before from a very clean restaurant - no issues in the past. Got a second plate this time- maybe it was the volume of fresh black truffles. Terrible diarrhea, cold sweat, and chills | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating
