Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: last day at tui blue in Cape Verde had food in restaurant all week and was fine but last day ate chicken salad from pool snack bar within 3hour got stomach pain and diarrhea, was up and down all night took tablets and it did ease. But started again on plane home been home now 2days still getting bad craps and diarrhea.
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
