In-flight Veggie Noodle Illness - Airlines, Bangkok Bangkok

I ate the veggie noodle on board and I was sick before landing in Istanbul, My dad needed to rent a room at Yotel in Istanbul and thought we'll never be able to come home with our second flight. I'm sorry for the details but I clearly saw every inch of food when I violently vomited. It was the noodle and veggies... I had cramps and fever and I don't know how I can tell the company, I am sure it's this meal because I wasn't sick before eating that shit. I thought I'll shit and vomit on myself during the second flight because I didn't dare sayin anything, scared about not being able to go in the plane. My weight is 45kg for 1,64m and trust me I thought I ll needed to go to the hospital. Imagine it happens to a child ? They must be careful just because of security norms and because of how much cost their tickets.. It was the food I ate in the first plane ride, we left around 10.30 pm on 31st of October 2024 and our first meal was served around 11.30 pm in the air. I was feeling sick already when I woke up around 4am in the plane (Turkish hour) one hour before landing and then the nightmare began at the airport. I almost fainted a few times and I hold on my puke until my dad rent a room at Yotel Air in Istanbul airport. I thought I'll die and the other flight (Istanbul - Brussels) was horrible I couldn't eat or drink because of vomiting/shitting it immediately and of course because I was scared of being poisoned again. And now, after 24h hours I feel like my throat is burning but I don't know if it's an effect of the bacteria's or if it's irritation from being sick so much. And I also have an irruption of pimples on my belly. I saw it around 06 pm tonight, 02 of October 2024.
