On May 3rd I had lunch in EDR. I had some baked chicken, a salad with ranch dressing. That night I got ill. The next day after feeling a bit better, I had a salad with ranch dressing. That night I started having systems of rolling gas in my stomach,diarrhea, Nausea and vomiting. I'm afraid to eat there any more and theres a lot of employees that feel the same way. Please help us. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas
