I ate one snickerdoodle cookie on 7/30/22 and was miserably ill for about 24 hours. I noticed before I ate the cookie that the bottom was not browned, but I ate it anyway. It did not taste bad and the frosting covered up noticing any texture issue. I suspect the cookie was not cooked thoroughly. Within an hour of eating it, I had a horrible pain in my head and was vomiting with diarrhea. After finally getting it out of my system, by mid-next day I was starting to feel better. I had not eaten anything else that day before eating the cookie. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
