I had projectile vomiting had fever then diarrhea. Went to ER while I am pregnant and had spotting. My toddler was also sent to ER he vomited 9 times the had fever then diarrhea as well. Husband had fever and diarrhea. The food poisoning is really tough. We are having a hard time | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
