Airline Pasta Causes Illness - United Airlines, München-Flughafen Bayern

United Airlines flight 0761 from Munich to Denver on April 8, 2023, I had the pasta with red sauce for lunch. I felt completely fine before that, and within two hours I was nauseous and was getting violently ill. Vomited multiple times, and felt like I was about to pass out. Later turned into diarrhea. On day two now, I still have diarrhea and stomach cramping, which has now made me miss work. The worst experience ever!
