United Airlines flight 0761 from Munich to Denver on April 8, 2023, I had the pasta with red sauce for lunch. I felt completely fine before that, and within two hours I was nauseous and was getting violently ill. Vomited multiple times, and felt like I was about to pass out. Later turned into diarrhea. On day two now, I still have diarrhea and stomach cramping, which has now made me miss work. The worst experience ever! Will never eat airline food again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Omg I. Have been throwing up for 13 hours I had the pasta and red sauce on a flight from LAX to Ewr and I’m currently hospitalized.
