UA915 Flight Food Poisoning - United Airlines, Dulles Virginia

I have had violent vomiting and diarrhea for the last hour. I was on a flight (UA915 departed 9/24/24) and ate the chicken. This was the only food I ate in two days that was different from my spouse, who is fine. I believe I may have gotten food poisoning from the chicken/ green beans/ macaroni that I was served approximately 24 hours ago on that flight. I can’t leave my room and we have a lot of things planned that I cannot get refunds for. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
