I was traveling coach class from New Zealand to San Francisco and I became violently ill puking my guts out after eating the lamb dish and a cold sandwich about 3/4 of the way into a 12-hour flight and I continued puking on my connecting flight and felt very ill on the 2-hour bus ride home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
