I purchased an egg mcmuffin sandwich last Friday, Oct. 2 from Main Cafeteria and within the hour was feeling sick, nausea and vomited shortly there after. The rest of the day I recovered. I should have known better because the food was only a little warm when I bought it and I should have known it was trouble | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
