I am writing to address an unfortunate incident that occurred because of the food that my wife has ordered using Deliveroo on 6pm April 13, 2020. At 6:35pm , she has received the food and ate the food ard 7pm last night. Subsequently she had adbominal pain and diarrhea about 1 hour later and vomited once this morning. She suffered the whole night. She has seen a doctor but her condition seems like not getting any better and currently she is still vomiting. I hope Sushi Tei will look into this matter | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
