Veggie Pizza Illness Suspected - Urban Pie, Cedar Falls Iowa

On Monday, March 1st, my husband and I ordered the Veghead pizza. I ate two slices, my husband had none. This was around noon. Approximately two hours later my stomach started feeling weird. Around 10pm, I felt very ill and began vomiting while also having diarrhea. This went on until around 2am. The next morning, I was feeling a little better but sore from all of the vomiting. I had a covid test done just in case. The results for my covid test were negative. I’m quite certain it was the vegetables on the pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Soreness
